4. Holidays are for 7 nights self catering accommodation including return airfares from either Gatwick or Manchester on selected winter dates for a minimum of two people. Food and other travel costs are not included. Other airports may be available on request and at a supplement. Extra guests may be accommodated from £99.00 per person.
5. There are NO additional booking fees and there is NO requirement to purchase meals.
6. Resorts require a refundable deposit or valid credit card upon arrival to cover loss or damage and charges for some utilities. Details will be given before a booking is confirmed.
7. Accommodation is for a maximum of 4 people, larger parties may be accommodated on request.
8. Full payment is to be made at time of booking confirmation will follow to your nominated email address or by post.
9. Only the parties named on the confirmation will be accepted. The names and ages of those travelling must be given at the time of booking and alterations must be notified to the reservation agent in writing.

CHANGE OF BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

1. Any change of booking once original confirmed will be charged at £25 per change plus airfare change costs at the prevailing rate.
2. Cancellations will be charged at £50 per person. If cancelled within 30 day 100% of holiday cost will be charged.

PAYMENT

1. Payments can be made by any UK Credit Card and will be taken in Euros by our Spanish reservation agent at the equivalent sterling price which will be notified at the time of booking. The person making the booking must be 18 or over.

GENERAL

1. Holiday insurance and transfers are not included. You must make your own travel arrangement to and from your chosen resort.
